Shipping Guidelines
GENERAL STATEMENT:
Orders with a shipping address that is different from the billing and credit card address may be delayed until validated. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. Postal errors, inclement weather) will not warrant a refund of shipping charges. Orders received on Weekends or Holidays will be processed within the next 4 business days.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
International Orders [Non-NZ Destinations]
We presently only ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and Australia.
International orders are subject to higher shipping rates. All international orders must be prepaid by credit card through our Site. NEWZEALANDCDS.COM only accepts Visa and Mastercard [currently we do NOT accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card etc] credit cards. Some credit cards may not be acceptable in New Zealand. You can also pay with an International Money Order (eg Western Union, US Postal) if you prefer - no checks sorry.
Some countries impose restrictions on certain types of products, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify admissibility. Please also be aware that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to the receipt of our goods are also the responsibility of the purchaser. Check with the relevant Authorities in your Country about any Import Duties that may be imposed on you. We currently use DHL International to ship orders to International Customers.
Approximate Delivery Times for International Orders is 10-14 business days.
NZ Orders / Destinations
We will attempt to ship all validated orders within 4 days of receipt. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail. Again note that delays beyond our control will not result in a refund of shipping charges. We currently use NZ Post to ship orders to Domestic NZ Customers.
Approximate Delivery Times for New Zealand Orders is within 5 business days.
PRICES:
All Prices are listed in US Dollars on this Web Site. We are required to process transactions in $NZ. Most credit card issuers charge a 1.5 % fee for billing in another currency. We use the current Interbank sell rate, less 2 % when converting from $US to $NZ - in this way the amount that appears on your credit card statement should be accurate within +/- 1 %.
Because exchange rates fluctuate constantly, and because there may be a delay between our transaction processing and your bank processing the transaction, there may be a minimal discrepancy in the billing amount which is beyond our control. Please contact us if you feel you have been over/under charged a significant amount.
NZ Customers will be charged in New Zealand dollars at the current exchange rate with12.5 % GST added. Due to Exchange Rate fluctuations when the Credit Card is actually debited by your Bank, the final price may differ slightly.

WARRANTIES / DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS:
In the event of a dispute with our Product, we welcome correspondence to accounts@newzealandcds.com or a direct call to our Physical Location.
Refunds/Returns
Absolutely no returns will be accepted unless the Items are damaged or defective at the time of receipt. Please choose your Items carefully!
