Opshop are a five-piece band from Auckland.Their debut album was recorded in 2003 and was mixed in LA by Danny Saber who is well known for his work with artists like U2, David Bowie and Madonna.

Noam Chomsky features on the 2nd single Secrets and Brooke Fraser plays piano on the 3rd single "No Ordinary Thing".
