Lovingly compiled and produced Frenzy release ,July 2021 Vol 1 of this collection, "Themes from an Empty Coffee Lounge" was thematically compiled to reflect the post Beatles (1963-1964) instrumental guitar sound of Kiwi music, after all it was something we did well. Themes from beyond an Empty Coffee Lounge keeps the spotlight on the aforementioned genre while introducing other elements including the grungier side of 50s rock ‘n’ roll, Exotica, Surf music and saxophone driven tracks that were barred from the previous collection.
