Haere Mai is the Maori word for welcome and welcome you we do to a selection of New Zealand music that is, and has been, an important part of our culture and history over the years.
Our national anthem is sung by our National Youth Choir and was recorded by the 42 member choir while they performed at the World Choral Symposium in Vancouver during a tour in 1993. Howard Morrison’s # 1 record ‘How great thou Art’ is featured alongside other popular Kiwi artists like John Rowles, The Patea Maori Club and Fred Dagg.
