A collection of classic kiwi hits from the 1960s and like Vol 1 it is a nostalgic and fun trawl through the kiwi radio scene complete with dj patter and period radio ads. Again, Keith Richardson (2ZC and 2ZB) is behind the mic linking the tracks together along with the Hauraki pirates Peter Telling, Ross Goodwin and Barry Knight. The 18-page booklet is in the form of a period pop magazine complete with pin ups, record reviews, articles, ads, problem pages. Most of the tracks are appearing on CD for the first time including Herma Keil with the C’Mon theme, The Dizzy Limits’ Beatles track ‘Golden Slumbers’, the Dedikation’s two songs and the Dave Miller Set’s version of ‘Everybody Get Together’ 1.
