UK issued cd with extra track 'I walk away' .Very good condition Crowded House's debut album was released in New Zealand in June 1986. The album was produced by Mitchell Froom (who also played keyboards) and recorded in Capitol Studios in Los Angeles. The album made Crowded House a household name in Australasia and into the most successful New Zealand act in the USA with a number two single ('Don't Dream') and #12 gold album. The album peaked at #3 in New Zealand and produced three hit singles: 'Don't Dream it's Over (#1); 'Something so Strong (#3) and 'Now we're Getting Somewhere' (#33). The album is now more than five times platinum in New Zealand.
