The second single from Larry's Rebels - I Feel Good, went top five, resulting in the group becoming household names nationwide. Their next major hit, Painter Man, charted top ten in May 1967, followed by Let’s Think Of Something, a chart topper in August, written for them by ex-Pleazers Roger Skinner, then to complete a fantastic year, Dream Time, reached number four three months later. 1968 also provided two chart hits with Everybody’s Girl reaching number six in July, and Do What You Gotta Do, peaking at the same position in September.This cd release compiles 14 hits from Larry's Rebels including all their New Zealand chart smashes: It's Not True (#21 1966), Painter Man (#6 1967), Let's Think Of Something (#3 1967), Dream Time (#4 1967), Everybody's Girl (#6 1968), Do What You Gotta Do (#6 1968) & Mo'Reen (#11 1969).
